Placing An Order
At Krosstech, we provide customised quotes for each order. To receive a quote, take the following steps.
- Select your desired products and add them to your quote.
- Go to the My Quote page to confirm your order.
- Scroll down and fill out your delivery details. We require this information to calculate shipping and delivery costs.
- Click the “send your request” button when you have completed the form.
- Krosstech will review your order/enquiry and provide you with a quote.
- Please review your quote and reply or call with an order confirmation.
- Delivery will proceed upon your confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Krosstech, we pack and ship directly from our warehouse from Monday to Friday.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, product size, and product weight.
Krosstech aims to get orders fulfilled fast and effectively, which is why we ship orders within 24 hours of order confirmation. [If in stock] If there are any unexpected delays or supply issues, we will notify you.
Transit time will vary based on your location. On average, delivery can take from 1 to 5 days. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within this timeframe so we can investigate the delay and get your items delivered.
We aim to deliver an extensive range of storage solutions. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full [remove ‘full’] ]refund or replacement within 14 days.
Returning of goods based on change of mind, the freight cost is extra and the freight cost that we charged to deliver isnt refundable.
Restocking fees may apply on returns based on change of mind.

What can I return?
Faulty items may be returned for a replacement or full refund of the purchased price.
How long do I have to return a product?
Faulty items must be returned (or arranged to be returned) within 14 days of receiving the product.
Where to return products to?
Where possible, Krosstech will arrange pickup of your faulty goods. Alternatively, we’ll provide further instructions.
Can I get credit for my faulty product?
Once the faulty item has been returned to Krosstech for checking, we will either replace the product or provide a refund of the purchase price, whichever option you prefer.
How do I need to pack the products for returning?
Products need to be returned in original packaging.
